6/19/2014: This place is great. I came in a few years ago minutes after having my nails hacked by another salon... and Im not picky but the prior salon had done the worst job ive ever seen!!! Anyhow it was a few minutes before closing but the hubby and wife owners could see I was really upset because i had to work the next day. They said no problem and got me in! Ive since been back every few weeks for a pedicure.. I also took my husband last time and he enjoyed his first pedicure! I like that lots of hubbys come in at Vina and the staff is always so helpful. Alot of the girls I will see in town or at the bank and they are always super nice and say hello like an old friend.. I feel this is the cheers of nail salons :) ALSO all their stuff if super clean and up to date. LOVE the CHAIRS

9/23/2013: Been coming here for 15 years- I love Mary the owner! She is so nice!Pedicure chairs are awesome & I never wait long. I get a French tip manicure that lasts for at least a month! Just recently started getting shellac polish on my natural nails, I love it! Makes my nails strong & looks good for 2+ weeks! Very happy with this salon!

6/25/2014: I was taking my Mom for her second pedicure and manicure, and this was the WRONG place. The one sort-of positive, is that we were walk-in's and they got us seated after waiting 15 minutes. Here is where it went wrong. They kept turning on the massage chair- when I said I do not want it on, now I have a pain in my left shoulder that won't go away.I asked them to cut my nails, and they barely cut them- I had to trim them when I got home.I asked them to not razor my heels (I am in CA most of the time, and have NEVER had someone razor my heels) and they did anyway, told me I needed it.We asked for mani's but no color- just buff. They moved us to tables, not near each other, and then I all of a sudden had some guy, Jim or Ken?, start on my nails. He put my hands in scalding water, and then did not touch my cuticules (I had two hangnails I wanted trimmed, no such luck), and I also asked him to cut my nails. Instead he filed them down (not even, and not the same length), and then started buffing my nails with this electric thing, that actually burned my nails. I asked him to stop, but he just looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying. Finally he finished, after taking of the top layers of my nails, and then slapped my hand around, called that a massage and then had the balls to charge me an extra $10 for the buffing- they said that was extra! He left me sitting there, I had to ask him to file my nails because I was already catching them on my pants and jacket. What a joke.I have never, ever, been charged for a buff. My toes have already chipped (2 days after the pedi) and my nails hurt and are weak and still catching on things. I will not be going back, and I will not suggest this place to anyone.

3/24/2014: I don't think I will be going back here. My experience wasn't to great. I got a French gel polish and it came 3 days later and before you ask I didn't do anything that would make them come off, called and they would fix it for free. Went in and they charged me 12 dollars to fix and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since I got them done and they are coming off again. This isn't right

2/22/2014: I LOVE vina nails! I've never had a problem here. The times that I have been here it had a lot of people, but they make sure to get you in as soon as possible without rushing with the other customers which I think is very nice. The pedicure I got seemed like it lasted more than a month! I also got a shellac manicure that lasted about 2 or 3 weeks. The ladies are always nice and whenever I go there they only speak English. I would definitely reccomend this place if you're looking to try a new place to go.

10/29/2009: I really, really liked this place. After having a horrible experience at Modern Nails, I was hesitant to ever get another pedicure, but my friend and I decided to do manis & pedis before her sister's wedding. The staff was very nice and attentive, they took their time and did a great job. The place is pretty big, so my friend and I were able to get in right away and sit next to each other. We both had french manicures done, and the lady doing my nails said that the other lady was better at doing the tips and let her do that part for me, which I thought was really considerate. Their prices were reasonable too, but I would go again even if they weren't on the cheaper side because I thought it was worth it. I have tried a lot of nail salons, but this will be the one I go to from now on.
